I moved from the Northeast last year and used Two Men and a Truck to unload the U-Haul I used. The crew was amazing so when I needed to move my things into the house I purchased I did not hesitate to call Two Men and a Truck again. My experience this time was not nearly as good. They arrived late (between 9:15 and 9:30) and had a difficult time deciding where to park the truck despite us reserving a large spot in front of the staircase leading to the apartment. They parked and moved the truck three times before getting in a good position which further delayed their actual start time. Once they did start, they moved very quickly for the first half an hour and then there seemed to be a marked slow down in moving. I do not know the reason but after seeing things flying out to the truck for the first half hour it was noticeable how much more time they were taking (items moved in the first half hour were similar in size to those in the second half hour so I don't think that was the difference maker). We were moving the items from an apartment on the third floor to a house .13 miles away so travel time was minimal. Unfortunately, he parked the truck in front of the wrong house and then had to move it again. All of these minutes add up and it felt like I had to be more involved than should have been necessary. Unloading the truck took no time at all, however it then took a very long time (~20 minutes) for them to fill out the final paperwork which prolonged the process even more. I was quoted 2.5 hours for a move time and it just seemed like they were trying to hit that number. I ended up paying for 2.25 hours where actual move time was around 1.5 hours. In the end my things arrived safely and the move was completed without too much drama but I was certainly not as impressed as last time. My last move was on a Saturday so maybe they did not feel the need to complete the job as quickly on a Monday. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about my experience.

I had a table and 6 chairs moved and it was raining. They were very quick and efficeint and it took less time than they had estimated. Well worth the money.

The two men went above and beyond to help get our refrigerator in through a tight doorway. They were extremely helpful and cooperative.

Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. The guys were there on time, got things loaded up and delivered, and put just where I wanted things. They took less time than expected and adjusted my price accordingly. I was very satisfied.

We are totally impressed with "Two Men and A Truck", from beginning to end, it was a great experience. Which was great since moving in general is always a stressful time. The men were courteous, friendly and always respectful, even my 85 year old mother was impressed. I will certainly be calling on them again for our next move!

Counter top damaged during delivery. Damage concealed by movers. Upon discovery, called the office and requested a call back from manager Red Madden. Still no return call after four business days.

The local franchise is a corporate client of the law firm where I am employed. They will be assisting us with our office relocation in June, and I was impressed by the owner and manager during their walk-thru of our current office. The move which prompted this survey was for my 90-yr-old mother into an aggregate living facility. Red's assistance in coordinating the move-in was greatly appreciated. I am happy to refer my friends and other businesses to this franchise.

Movers should come with mattress bags. I was told all supplied needed would be on the truck and they were not. The movers were helpful, friendly, and efficient. However, a lamp broke from poor arrangement of my stuff in the truck, my mattress and box spring were dirty because mattress bags were not available, and some furniture was scuffed. My main reason for complaint is that I rented 4 dozen furniture pads and less than half a dozen were used and my furniture was scuffed. This should not have happened.

Everybody was great, we were really impress.

Wonderful staff; I had to change several times and they kept me reassured as things changed with new construction and sale of old home. A great experience. The movers worked extremely hard and efficiently! I hope to never to this again, but if I did, I would call agains. Thanks. Madeline Miller

Office staff, estimator and movers were all pleasant, helpful and made a stressful job much easier. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys were very professional!!

The whole moving process went very smoothly even though the truck got stuck in our sandy driveway. The movers and office staff took care of everything and our original cost estimate was reduced by the guys working so quickly! Excellent service all the way around!

I appreciated the highly detailed quote and the hustle during the moving process. Other companies I requested a quote from merely provided an hourly cost without requesting any details.

Every thing was wonderful on moving day. We had our previous home packed on a Tuesday and delivered the following day. We have never seen men work as quickly as the crew assigned to us! No damages to our belongings at all. We would use and recommend your company to any one is moving in our area.
